Management Team

Tim Evans Tim Evans- R.Ph. , M.S. , President and CTO, is one of the original founders who created Pharmacy Computer Services, Inc. (PCSI) in 1978. His primary focus is to keep the emphasis of our applications on meeting the ever changing needs of pharmacy users in terms of system performance, dependability, and functionality. Mr. Evans has been pivotal to PCSI’s success, and he continues to play an integral role in technical presentations, product development, and client relations.

Mr. Evans worked as a Pharmacist in several hospitals and community settings, as well as an ASHP Residency where his interest in computer applications grew. His experience in customer settings and meeting their needs for clinical computing, coupled with his vision for the future, has kept PCSI a strong player in a competitive market over 30 years. He believes that the pharmacy’s role will continue to change as the demand for knowledgeable clinicians will direct the expansion of pharmacist’s responsibility in patient care. PCSI is committed to being on the forefront of providing the computing tools needed to aide the pharmacist in meeting these new professional responsibilities.

Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy as well as a Masters in Pharmacy, both from Oregon State University. He is a long term member of ASHP, OSPhA, HL7, and NCPDP, and maintains an active certificate as a Licensed Pharmacist in Oregon. GO BEAVERS!


Brain Borst Brian Borst- Vice President and COO, joined PCSI in 2005, coming to us from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where he served as their Pharmacy Systems Administrator. With a degree in Health Care Administration and a minor in Business Management, Brian also has 10+ years experience in administration and training of computer systems within pharmacies. He is now our in-house visionary, making huge contributions to our company's growth and success. We look forward to the expansion of our business in the years to come.
Charles A. Simons Charles A. Simons- Director of Operations and Project Management, has been with PCSI for over 10 years. He has several years experience in healthcare systems, systems management, troubleshooting, production, and inventory management systems. He is responsible for daily operations as well as project management and implementation of the Rx3000 Pharmacy Management Systems. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and taking motorcycle rides together.
Travis Howerton Travis Howerton- Director of Programming and Development, he started at PCSI as a programming developer in 1998, holding several progressing positions within the company.  Many of his hobbies include reading up on the latest Linux news and closely following NASA events. Travis also enjoys the great outdoors, with bow-hunting, fishing, hiking and camping with wife and children.
Ryan Parker Ryan Parker- Project Manager, has an AA in business management and is very goal oriented. He is responsible for the on-going Project Management of the Rx3000 application. He brings over three years of experience in customer relations to PCSI.
Joan Erickson Joan Erickson- Office Manager/Human Resources has been with PCSI for almost 20 years. Her B.A. in Psychology helps us find the best candidates for employment that will fit into our culture. She lives in a rural community with her partner, Ron, and 4 cats. She has studied martial arts for 35 years, teaches Tai Chi, and  enjoys belly dancing.
Regina Fitzpatrick Regina Fitzpatrick- Controller, Has been with Pharmacy Computer Services, Inc. since March of 2007. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys gardening, fishing, surfing, and rafting. Come summer time, everyone in the office is lucky to get a taste of her ‘freaky’ heirloom tomatoes. Yum!
